Bought a Triban brand from Decathlon, returned it due to dissatisfaction with the gear ratio and noisy operation. Quite frankly my Cloot Bike is in a different class. Quality and finish excellent. Lower end Shimano derailleur but acceptable for the price and cannot fault the smooth operation. Nothing to do with the bike, I feel improvements could be made with the carrier delivery service Thanks to Cloot my bike arrived.
