Je suis très satisfait des vélos. Montage facile et vidéo très claire. Très bonne communication et rapidité de livraison. Juste un petit bémol pour la livraison par GLS: le livreur aurait pu sonner à la maison car nous étions présent même si les volets étaient fermés pour la chaleur. Bought a Triban brand from Decathlon, returned it due to dissatisfaction with the gear ratio and noisy operation. Quite frankly my Cloot Bike is in a different class. Quality and finish excellent. Lower end Shimano derailleur but acceptable for the price and cannot fault the smooth operation. Nothing to do with the bike, I feel improvements could be made with the carrier delivery service Thanks to Cloot my bike arrived.
